Nicolae began working for CC-IS in 2018 as an Operation Technician, after demonstrating his leadership skills and showing his dedication to the company, Nicolae has now progressed into a Team Leader role.
As well as taking responsibility in leading his team, he has found a calling in photography and is responsible for many of the great transformation photos we share with you on our social media channels.
We wanted you to get to know Nicolae better, so asked him the following questions. Here’s what he had to say!

Describe your role at CC-IS?
To be a team leader at CC-IS involves lot of responsibility.
What do you enjoy most about your role and working at CC-IS?
What I like most at CC-IS is we are like a family and we help each other even if it’s about work or personal life. What I enjoy mostly about my role, there are new challenges all the time, every day you get something to learn and improve. Always a pleasure to see all the good reviews from the clients.
Best advice you have ever received…
The best advice I have ever got is a funny one, “when one door closes, another opens”. That means don’t give up because for every problem there is always a solution.
What is your favourite project to have worked on to date?
King James Street, arch restoration for Ruffians, because of the great transformation and job satisfaction.
What is your guilty pleasure?
To stay on the couch with a beer and watch football.
What is your biggest passion?
I love spending time with my family because this is the most important thing to me.
